Experienced IT Professional with a Passion for Collaboration, Innovation, and Neurodiversity
A highly motivated and results-oriented IT professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry, I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve collaboration and drive innovation. My expertise lies in the Microsoft technology stack, including Office 365, Azure AD, and SharePoint.
I am currently enjoying my work at Nets Group, where I have been leading collaboration tools and SharePoint initiatives for over 16 years. However, I am always eager to connect with other professionals in the field to exchange ideas, explore new perspectives, and collaborate on exciting projects.
In mid-2023, I was diagnosed with both autism and ADHD. This journey has provided me with a unique perspective and enhanced my understanding of neurodiversity. I am committed to using my experiences and workplace as a platform for lowering the stigma of being different and sharing a good story. I believe in embracing individual strengths and fostering inclusive work environments where everyone can thrive.
